These Terms apply to your use of the Solaceshoreview website and any reservation, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this site you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using it.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that this applies to you. Photo identification may be requested on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where stated; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is collected at checkout.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is payable; no-shows are charged for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, breaches gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Solaceshoreview or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
